Hi, I'm Aga Woroniecka

I discovered yoga over a decade ago, at a time when I felt disconnected from my body and overwhelmed by stress. What started as a physical practice slowly became something deeper—a way to feel more grounded, present, and alive.

 

I trained in San Francisco, California, where I lived for many years, and where I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced teachers in the city.  I completed my 200RYT certification at Folk yoga school in 2022 and have been teaching ever since.

 

Now, back in Warsaw, I focus on helping adults of all ages find the skills to reconnect with themselves and their bodies.

 

My classes are slow, calm, and accessible—designed especially for people who may be dealing with pain, stiffness, fatigue, or stress.

Yoga has changed my life in quiet, powerful ways.

 

My goal is to share that experience with others—not by pushing, but by inviting. One breath at a time.

What can yoga do for you?

 

Calms the mind and reduces stress

 
Going through the sequence of poses requires focus, concentration, and deep breathing. This in turn calms the mind and relieves stress. If you suffer from anxiety, worry, burnout, or other stress-related issues, this style may be right for you.

Improves sleep

 

Vinyasa flow yoga can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The fluid movements and mindful breathing techniques promote better sleep by easing tension in the body and reducing worries in the mind.

Strengthens the immune system

 
The variety of yoga poses and quick movements activate the lymphatic system to flush out toxins and increase infection-fighting white blood cells. In addition to stimulating the lymph glands, the practice also improves circulation and reduces stress.
